Our One-On-One personal training programs are designed to match you with the perfect trainer and program to achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
Each of our trainers has a comprehensive knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and wellness, with 6 or more years of experience.
As part of your personal training program, you and your trainer will evaluate your Fitness Assessment & Diagnostics to assess the areas in need of improvement.
From there, your trainer will create a training program perfectly suited to your current overall health and fitness status and to help you reach your goals and potential.
Try our initial Fundamental Personal Training 3 pack. In three sessions, we will assess your three main areas so we can design the proper workout program to get you to your goals and accomplishments
- Day 1 – Core Strength Assessment
- Day 2 – Strength Assessment
- Day 3 – Functional Movement and Cardio Assessment
All New Members get a complimentary Personal Training Assessment
