Jordan has been in the fitness industry for 10 years. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. Jordan is a Certified TRX Trainer with over 5 years of experience and has completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Jordan is not only a former Master Personal Trainer, but has also held a personal training director position.
Jordan’s passion is to guide people to a healthier lifestyle. He believes everyone is unique and has their strengths and limitations.
