Infusion of 25 minutes of core training with a 25 minute boot camp drill. This class is meant to hold you accountable and build stamina and strength. It will test you mentally and physically but at the same time will have many regressions and modifications for beginners and injury prevention. Exercises and drills will remain the same for 4 weeks to help create repetitive gains. Change every 4 weeks to excite the body. For members staying consistent will have data taken to show improvements every month.
