Barre is an engaging, targeted, high-intensity, and low-impact class that is challenging and choreographed. A 50-minute class specifically designed to combine ballet-inspired moves with Pilates, yoga, and strength training. BF Barre focuses on small ranges of motion, light weights, and high reps aimed to sculpt and lean out muscles head to toe. Extra stretch time is layered in between bouts of intense exercise. You’ll leave standing taller! (A GREAT class for all fitness levels.)
