Club Evexia will offer one of the most comprehensive collections of group classes of any club in the Bay Area by some of the leading instructors in the industry. All of our classes will be conducted Indoor & Outdoor.
We offer a wide variety of fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels. From high intensity to gentle Yoga and everything in between, our indoor and outdoor fitness classes – and amazing instructors – will help you achieve your fitness goals.
This total body conditioning class focuses on proper form and alignment while working multiple muscle groups and your core. Different props and resistance will be used to mix up your training and keep it fresh.
Balance Dynamics is a fun, overall body workout for all levels. Includes functional movement, weight training, core exercises and balance drills.
Get lean, toned, and strong in Barre Conditioning. This class is a low impact class which combines ballet, core, stretching and body weight exercises to strengthen and stretch your entire body.
Boot Camp is a full body workout using all types of equipment. Expect a lot of cardio and strength exercises. Each workout is different and will challenge you from start to finish. All levels welcome.
A sweaty, heart pumping class. Cardio combinations and a blend of weights in a targeted, musically driven progression. Come enjoy this all level workout that will increase metabolism, challenge your strength, your flexibility, your balance, and improve lean body mass.
Cycle TRX is a combo of indoor cycle followed by a TRX workout. It’s the best of both worlds: an endurance-building workout that also focuses on toning and tightening your major muscle groups.
Dance Sculpt is a low-impact, moderate paced dance fitness class that keeps you moving and grooving. Dance Sculpt gives a breakdown of movement learned with longer stretching exercises to keep your body tone and fit. No dance experience required. Bring a good attitude and enjoy dancing to various genres of music.
Full Body Burn is a 50 min. class that uses a wide variety of strength and cardio equipment to increase strength, improve cardio, and burn off calories. Class includes a thorough 15 min. warm-up and cool down.
Kettlebell class is a high-intensity workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals. It combines functional, compound exercises such as “the swing”, “the clean”, and “the press” that will work multiple muscle groups.
Get fit by learning the skills of kickboxing. Jab, hook, uppercut, and kick your way to becoming strong and fit. Kickboxing is a great way to safely get your aggressions out, burn calories, and ignite the fighter within.
Come for this Lunchtime blast class combining Yoga moves with a strength element. Moving, strengthening, and lengthening as you go.
Every day will be different! Many different pieces of equipment will be used. Each person will receive descriptive instruction on all the equipment and form.
Myofascial release plays a big part in not only opening space in your joints, but by encouraging all the pieces to fall in the right places and increase circulation and oxygenation. Abs, glutes, hips, quads, hamstrings, shoulders, and chest – we will cover it all.
Power Vinyasa emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions.
Power Yoga is an excellent form of yoga for burning calories. This class is focused on building strength and endurance while increasing flexibility.
Pure Stretch consists of only stretching that promotes injury prevention, balance, flexibility and mobility.
This class is a great cardiovascular and strength workout. Ride and Define is a mix of cycle and strength training. Each class consists of getting on and off the bike to do strength exercises using free weights and kettlebells.
Find a comfortable seated or lying down position, and let the sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls harmonize the body and the emotional system, resulting in a calmer and clearer mind. Each class begins with a meditation on intention for the session.
Strong and Lean is a class that consists of a wide variety of strength equipment and core exercises. Get ready to increase your strength, while getting lean.
Learn the benefits of the Tabata formula – one Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of all out effort with a 10 second recovery period (4 minutes). Tabata class is comprised of cardiovascular conditioning, strengthening, toning, and sweating!
TNT, tighten and tone, is a Pilates, Barre, and strength class fusion. We focus on firming and toning every muscle from head to toe. A class may include light weights, long and short bands, bender balls, Pilates magic rings, gliders, and rollers. Open to all levels and modifications offered to level up or scale back. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
Using our top-of-the-line cardio machines and a wide variety of other strength and cardio equipment, Boot Camp on the weight floor/turf is one of the best fat burning classes that will challenge you while having a fun and different workout.
This class will begin with 1 hour of Yin Yoga to focus on slow, deep breathing techniques and stretches with meditative postures. Class will finish with a 15 min. meditation. Experience wonderful new energy and a calm state of mind.
Yin Yoga is a slow, passive style of yoga, done mostly on the floor in seated or lying-down postures. Yin Yoga not only increases circulation and flexibility but is also proven to reduce stress.
Yoga Flow is geared specifically for those wanting a strong Yoga foundation. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for anyone, all ages and levels. No experience or flexibility required.
Zumba is a cardio-based dance class to build your endurance and stamina, and dance your heart out. Come to get sweaty and dance together in an inclusive environment! No dance experience required, just a good attitude and the love of world music.
