Club Evexia will offer one of the most comprehensive collections of group classes of any club in the Bay Area by some of the leading instructors in the industry. All of our classes will be conducted Indoor & Outdoor.

Class Descriptions

We offer a wide variety of fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels. From high intensity to gentle Yoga and everything in between, our indoor and outdoor fitness classes – and amazing instructors – will help you achieve your fitness goals.

Power Vinyasa yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions.
Vinyasa Flow is an All Levels Yoga class. Vinyasa is a practice that links breath and movements as we flow through various poses and shapes. These classes are often strong and athletic, so you might get sweaty. While this practice is open to all, it’s most appropriate for folks who have taken a minimum of 10 vinyasa yoga classes.
Yoga Flow is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.
Yin Yoga & Meditation class focuses on slow, deep breathing techniques and meditative postures. No experience necessary. Experience wonderful new energy and a calm state of mind.
Come for this Lunchtime blast class combining Yoga moves with a strength element. Moving, strengthening, and lengthening as you go.
Develop a longer, leaner, stronger, and more graceful body by improving muscular symmetry, alignment, posture, core-strength, and flexibility. All levels welcome. The class is moderately paced to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance within a gentle, continuous sequence of postures.
This class is designed for athletes to weekend warriors to target specific isolation muscles that will not only strengthen your power and performance, but lengthen and release tightness in your muscles. Myofascial release plays a big part in not only opening space in your joints, but by encouraging all the pieces to fall in the right places and increase circulation and oxygenation. Abs, glutes, hips, quads, hamstrings, shoulders, and chest – we will cover it all, power and release.
This total body conditioning class focuses on proper form and alignment while working multiple muscle groups and your core. Different props and resistance will be used to mix up your training and keep it fresh.
Get fit by learning skills in the sport of boxing. Jab, hook, and uppercut your way to becoming strong and fit. This high-impact cardio workout adapts boxing drills that focus on increasing speed, power, and stamina. Box Fit is a great way to safely get your aggressions out and ignite the fighter within.
Get sweaty as you dance your way to fitness. Each class starts with a warm-up followed by sets of hip hop workout routines that keep you moving. Enjoy the great beats of Hip Hop while getting fit and strong.
A high energy dance/movement class that draws on many different dance styles, from traditional aerobic dance and jazz to African and hip hop. This is a fun choreography class that challenges both your body and your brain.
Kettlebell class is a high-intensity workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals. It combines functional, compound exercises such as “the swing,” “the clean”, and “the press” that will work multiple muscle groups.
HIIT is an interval-based training class that mixes calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training. These classes are designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing. Enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views of the Bay!
Challenge the limits of your fitness with this intense interval driven workout! Using mostly body weight, these anaerobic movements are sure to push you to the next level. Modifications provided. All levels welcome!
All levels are welcome in this group class where we will focus on form and individualized progressions to increase strength, stabilization, and mobility through functional movements. Whether your goal is enhanced athletic performance, rehabilitation, or being stronger and more efficient in your day-to-day life, this class will help you get there! We will work from a strong functional foundation of posture, alignment, and mobility to move towards your goals!
Sports Stretch and Mobility includes athletic, non-yoga-based forms of movement and mobility that promote injury prevention, balance, flexibility, and strength.
Enjoy the views of the bay and sunrise in this outdoor early morning ride. Set to your favorite music, this ride is a great way to kick off your day! The class is a fun, heart-pumping workout that starts with a three to five minute warm up. We will ride on the flats, up hills, through rolling hills, long grinding hills, and sprints, along with a short cool-down and five minute stretch. All levels are welcome.
This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Enjoy an indoor cycling class set to exciting music tracks and choreographed to provide an excellent workout and improve cardiovascular conditioning.
Warm up on the Schwinn indoor cycles, followed by a TRX workout. It’s the best of both worlds: an endurance-building workout that also focuses on toning and tightening your major muscle groups.
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
TRX Express is a 45-minute lunchtime TRX class set to fun music and finished in time to grab a snack and get back to your desk in an hour flat!
