Class Descriptions

We offer a wide variety of fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels. From high intensity to gentle Yoga and everything in between, our indoor and outdoor fitness classes – and amazing instructors – will help you achieve your fitness goals.

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
Kettlebell class is a high-intensity workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals. It combines functional, compound exercises such as “the swing,” “the clean” and “the press” that will work multiple muscle groups.
An interval based training class that mixes calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training. These classes are designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing. Enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views of the Bay!
Ideal for the person who wants to see a personal trainer several times a week but wants to optimize cost. Each 8-person Small Group session is designed by our team of experienced Personal Trainers to bring your fitness to the next level with a well rounded approach and tailored to meet you where you’re at in your current fitness level, with modifications provided, or advanced movement coaching. You can expect more attention from your trainer in these classes, with more attention and correction to your movement patterns.
Challenge the limits of your fitness with this intense interval driven workout, using mostly body weight these anaerobic movements are sure to push you to the next level. Modifications provided.
Ride and Define is exactly as the name describes – 20 minutes of indoor cycle, 20 minutes of sculpting. It’s the best of both worlds: an endurance-building workout that also focuses on toning and tightening your major muscle groups.
This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. An indoor cycling class set to exciting music tracks and choreographed to provide an excellent workout and improve cardiovascular conditioning.
Enjoy the views of the bay and sunrise in this outdoor early morning ride. Set to your favorite music, this ride is a great way to kick off your day!
Develop a longer, leaner, stronger and more graceful body by improving muscular symmetry, alignment, posture, core-strength and flexibility. All levels welcome. The class is moderately paced to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance within a gentle, continuous sequence of postures.
Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions.
Gentle Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.
This class will focus on slow, deep breathing techniques and meditative postures. No experience necessary. Experience wonderful new energy and a calm state of mind.
