This class is designed for athletes to weekend warriors to target specific isolation muscles that will not only strengthen your power and performance, but lengthen and release tightness in your muscles. Myofascial release plays a big part in not only opening space in your joints, but by encouraging all the pieces to fall in the right places and increase circulation and oxygenation. Abs, glutes, hips, quads, hamstrings, shoulders, and chest – we will cover it all, power and release.
